The spooky story

Everything began with getting the automobile fixed. It was midnight and the rain was falling heavily. Taylor became enraged and fled for cover. He found himself in Galveston, a town that appeared deserted. While he was running, he came to an inn. Had he seen the inn's name, he might have thought otherwise. Inside, there was absolutely no light.

There was nothing else to interrupt the stillness, so the wood flooring creaked. Taylor removed his cap and headed to the bar. Indeed, he rang the bell. The jingling was so loud it shocked his ears. It wasn't completely occupied. He hastily moved away from a spider-web-covered chair and settled into one that had been consumed by moths. He thought the place wasn't empty, but as he was ready to leave, a door opened and someone entered. The elderly man had a long, thin face and a bowed back. One of his eyes was sunken in and yellow. His hands were ungainly and rough, and he carried a worn lantern. His white hair was styled in a few scratchy strands over his shoulders. A whisper said, "How about a room to stay in?" Once Taylor saw through the man's vampire act, he responded, "Yes, please." I would prefer to spend the night here. Having dinner would also be fantastic. It weighs two pounds. Lucifer will send up your meal.

A second individual entered when the door rang. All Taylor was doing was pulling money from his pocket. He had a hood and a long, flowing robe on, and he was towering and sinister. Taylor made an effort to be seen, but it was difficult to miss him. Taylor was certain that something was up with the entire procedure, so he hobbled up to Room 13. There was something dark and wet on the doorknob, so he hastily removed his hand. Throwing open the door, he wiped his palm swiftly on his dark coat. I would have fled into the rain downstairs as quickly as lightning if he had known what that black, wet monster was. Taylor surveyed his room, peering in. There was a four-poster bed and a bathroom in the spacious room. There was nothing but black on the blank walls. The walls were covered in eerie purple draperies. The area was filled with gentle, red illumination from flickering candles. He hurried to wash his hands in the lavatory. It was difficult for him to open his eyes since he was so exhausted. Just as he was falling into bed, the doorbell rang.

With a sour expression, Taylor got out of bed and considered what to have for dinner. Next, enter! The door slammed shut after it opened and struck the wall so forcefully. The main body of a hairy standing creature was seen in the doorway in the faint light. Fear paralysing him, Taylor let out a sound. The scaly creature moved into the light. Upon closer inspection, Taylor discovered that the man was large and robust, with shaggy hair covering his entire body. His nose resembles a snout, and his teeth like canines. He was constantly licking his mouth with his red tongue. It actually resembled a cross between a man and a wolf. A covered plate was resting atop a crate he was holding. "Your dinner," he remarked in a sarcastic tone. Breathing heavily, Taylor prayed fervently to God to remove any doubt in his mind that what he had seen was not a werewolf. He shut the door with the key and locked it to get the tray. At midnight, he would prefer to have nobody over. Taylor removed the plate's lid. In the dish were twelve deceased slugs, their bodies covered in ooze. Swiftly running to the window, Taylor hurled the tray outside. His panic rising, he hurled himself onto the bed. Sometime afterward, he was startled awake by a searing ache in his head. His dreams were not good. It was imperative that he get out of here quickly. As he moved in his bed, he felt something cold and firm pushing against him. "Um... could you please give me more personal space?" a hollow voice enquired. Without delay, Taylor got to his feet and turned to face his right. He had a person-sized skeleton resting on his bed next him. Taylor gave a howl and yelled. He kicked the skeleton to the ground, yelled at it, and leaped out the window. Had he not stumbled and fell on the flower beds, he would have been recruited by The Banshee Towers Inn!
