Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappe's X account (formerly Twitter) was compromised after a hacker took over the account and disseminated inflammatory tweets.
According to Goal, the mayhem began on Wednesday night, August 28, when contentious messages criticising Real Madrid, Lionel Messi, and Cristiano Ronaldo were uploaded via the French footballer's social media accounts.
In one of the messages, the hack referred to Ronaldo as 'the best footballer of all time' and used a disparaging word for Messi, calling him 'NOT my goat.'
The account also advertises the cryptocurrency '$MBAPPE', claiming that it has 90,000 shares.
The hacker didn't stop there, sharing incendiary tweets about Real Madrid, Manchester City, and Tottenham.

The 25-year-old soccer player recently joined Real Madrid from PSGC, where he played and won the club's first league, the UEFA Super Cup.

The hacker's posts went viral, and admirers immediately understood the account had been hijacked.

One fan remarked, "One of the biggest football accounts getting hacked is crazy," while another added, "Thank God he did not play against Madrid."

Furthermore, the account was eventually recovered, and all of the tweets were removed.
